The term refers to the user of LOGIFEM website. The user of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. The content of the pages of the websites is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice by LOGIFEM.

Section 2 Service Availability for Members

Welcome to be LOGIFEM member. All the LOGIFEM members should following the LOGIFEM terms and conditions. LOGIFEM is a communication and interaction platform doing business for all women and for the individuals who feels woman and female from agencies, without any discrimination, race, color, religion or belief, nationality and language. We provide an equal platform for LOGIFEM member.
LOGIFEM members come from the companies, partnerships or corporations, involved in the international freight forwarding, transportation, international trade business, import or export industries. LOGIFEM agree on the contract between the member and LOGIFEM to govern membership of members to the exclusion of any other terms that Member seeks to impose, incorporate through trade, custom, practice.
LOGIFEM holds the rights to make changes or any update on the website, on the information or any presentation. LOGIFEM does not decide on behalf of any agency. Members are expected to cooperate among the member agents in international freight forward and logistic services. LOGIFEM gather the member agents information and share in the LOGIFEM platform to provide the members a business platform. This is for reliability of business.
Members need to submit a full application as posted on LOGIFEM website irrespective whether they have been introduced by a fellow member or not. Members can do business, Also the database of members belongs to LOGIFEM. Members agree with it while they become a member.
Members are welcomed from local or regional or any country companies and multi-national companies with good reputations and reliable in their industry specific operations including: finance, operations, communications and other professional factors which must be verified through three references from their current customers / partners of abilities and satisfaction.
Members benefits from each of the member to do business. Members will be listed and will be visible with company profile and contact information on the directory page of LOGIFEM website. Members are required to meet the group confirming standards of experience, professionalism and financial strength. Members are required to make meeting event a few times a year.
Members may represent areas where they have their own offices or branches. Members are required to pay for annual fee to LOGIFEM. Management and correspondence and conversations will be held in English.

The Annual Membership Fee, which covers one calendar year is payable by each member as indicated on their invoice. Members are requested to pay before the due date to avoid late fee or termination of membership. If the annual fee is not received in 15days, member will be excluded from LOGIFEM benefits and opportunities. Annual fee is non-refundable and non transfarable.
LOGIFEM president reserves the right to cancel or reject membership or application.

A company shall cease to be a member of LOGIFEM if:
a) the Member does not adhere to LOGIFEM term and conditions
b) the member gives notice of resignation in writing to the LOGIFEM.
c) No good reputation in market.

Members accept and understand that all transactions are undertaken at their own risk and LOGIFEM will not take any responsibility for the transactions between members .
The premium members are free to add the LOGIFEM.
Any dispute arising is subject to the laws of Turkish Government.

Section 3 Developing Business

Members information are visible to each other. Members are expected to support and develop business and maintain friendly relationship with LOGIFEM space. LOGIFEM is not responsible for any dispute or conflict between the member agencies.
Database belongs to LOGIFEM. LOGIFEM is not a party to the contracts between the agencies. LOGIFEM is not responsible or not a party for any management among the members doing business and is not responsible any health, any safety, any death, any personal injury or conflict, any injury or any harm, any dispute or any case that may result different situations. LOGIFEM is an impartial or unbiased platform. Member will be excluded if there is any unlawful commitment.
Members must maintain strict confidentiality of all information about its partners. They should conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner. Members are advised to communicate their payment terms and credit policies directly to their fellow members. LOGIFEM will not be responsible for bad debts if any.
Members are to communicate efficiently and promptly (within a maximum of 24 hours) with their fellow members.
Members should protect LOGIFEM reputation well by professional and ethical manner. Any dispute arising is subject to the laws of Turkish government. With this terms and conditions members accept the laws of Turkish government. Members agree to protect the reputation and interest of LOGIFEM within territories by upholding highest standards of integrity, quality, customer and member service.
